In 2020, he and his wife launched Perdido Blane Outfitters LLC, a small project that quickly grew into what is now Panhandle Salt Surf Fishing. What began as running trips and creating tackle as a side hustle evolved into something much bigger—and in 2024, they went all in, opening their first physical location in Perdido Key.
His vision has always extended beyond just fishing. With the creation of the Gulf Coast Land-Based Fishing Guide Association, he set out to unite guides across the coast under common standards, including clear operating procedures, safety guidelines, and community involvement.
Today, his mission is simple: to provide the best surf fishing experience possible for both visitors and locals, while building opportunities for other guides and small businesses along the Gulf Coast.
