Application Requirements
Before you submit your application, please have the following documents ready. These are required to complete the membership process:
1. Proof of Business (choose one):
Business license, LLC certificate, or SunBiz registration.
2. Proof of Insurance:
Current liability insurance listing your name and coverage.
3. Florida-Friendly Fishing Guide Certificate:
Completion certificate.
4. National Seashore Commercial Permit (if applicable):
Required for guides operating within Gulf Islands National Seashore.
Membership Fee
$___ annual membership. Payment instructions will be sent once your application and documents are reviewed.
